We transformed a duplex white box loft space in a converted 1909 Wall Street office tower into a triplex with the feel of a European country estate. This was a complete gut renovation and structural engineering project. The client purchased the apartment below this existing duplex to create a triplex. This meant we needed to connect the two apartments with a new stair cutting through the floor between. Additionally we opened up the living room to create a soaring double height space.
